Refund & Return Policy

At Zween, we inspect every product before dispatch to ensure premium quality. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 1. 14-Day Return Policy (Buyer's Remorse)
You have **14 calendar days** from the date your package shows delivered to request a standard return. 

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be completely unused, unmarked, and in the exact condition received.
- All accessories, components, cables, pens, and protective packaging must be present and undamaged.
- Items showing scratches, signs of use, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

 2. Return Postage & Process
* **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Return postage fees are strictly non-refundable.
* **Tracking Required:** Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service (e.g., Canada Post tracked parcel). We cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
* **Return Authorization:** To request a return, contact **support@zween.ca** with your order number. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Defective Items on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or malfunctioning:
1. You must notify us within **48 hours of delivery** at **support@zween.ca**.
2. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect and exterior packaging.
3. Once verified, we will dispatch an immediate **replacement free of charge**. 

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
- The product has been written on, scratched, altered, or used.
- The delivery address provided by the customer at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

### 5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within **3 to 5 business days**.
